This 23 unit Airbnb boutique hotel is located on the fringe of downtown Nashville on one of the main gateway corridors. Located in an ever changing industrial area, the design pulls from the industrial character and shapes present in the neighborhood with a refined design to work with the evolution of the area.

A roof deck facing downtown with large balconies and structured parking for guest is included.
