The Factory at Franklin is a 300,000 SF reimaged stove factory that was saved from demolition by an early developer.Over time, the investments to make this site and area successful have not been done. With the trading of ownership, a full scale masterplan is underway to create a destination in Franklin, TN for the region .Food and beverage updates including added green space, courtyards and biergartens are planned as well as a reimagining of the interiorto more cohesively tie in site elements.

An old access walkway will be turned into an activated alley with storefronts and art, an event space will be repositioned, and the project will include a food hall in a space whose true potential has not been imagined.Indoor and outdoor access throughout the property are at the forefront of all the design elements.This project is undergoing multiple phases with entitlements, interior build outs/design, and exterior upgrades that compliment the historic architecture of the existing building and its surroundings.
