TeeLine is a new curling facility – the first dedicated curling ice in the state – located in an old 25,000 sf steel fabrication shop. The owner fell in love with curling after the end of his NFL career – craving competition without the physical demands of football – and traveling back and forth to Minnesota to practice was less than ideal.

The new facility has a full bar and restaurant, three curling sheets, and four bowling lanes. It’s intended to be a place to curl, but also to hang out as a regular neighborhood gathering spot. Centric managed the complete project including everything from the ice system design (Trane Technologies and Quest Design Group) through kitchen equipment (Mobile Fixture), furniture (Alfred Williams) and interior and exterior signage (Sift Design).

See all work
