The Village at Pleasant Grove is a 21 acre mixed use neighborhood located in Mt. Juliet, TN. In partnership with the adjacent Church of Pleasant Grove, the vision for an inclusive community came to life. The Pastor at the church wanted to serve Mt. Juliet more thoughtfully related to housing and partnering with many successful non-profits in the area.

The development will focus on a centralized community greenspace anchored by an existing pond engaging with the commerical buildings and local pop ups to create an active park. The residential buildings will include 260 units, a centralized amenity area and dog park for the entire area to enjoy.
