Laura Batson

Other than a brief stint in Dallas and Toronto, Laura has called Tennessee home her entire life.  She was born and raised in Memphis, spent her college years in Knoxville at UT, and returned to Memphis to start her career.  A couple years later in 2013, the stars aligned, and a friend connected Laura with Centric.  She was their first hire after they merged, and she quickly felt Centric and Nashville were home. At work Laura has become the resident expert on Multifamily design and has worked on some 1500 units over the years in and around the Nashville Area.  Additionally, she has worked on several of the office’s notable adaptive reuse projects including Stovehouse, Breeze Block, and Stocking 51.  These days, Laura spends most of her free time with her two kids and husband and can often be spotted in Nashville’s hottest playgrounds and parks!
