Murfreesboro-based development and construction firm TDK Cos. recently broke ground at Vintage Bakers Crossing, a 252-unit "luxury" apartment community in Gallatin.
Construction on the 15-acre property at 1459 Tulip Poplar Drive began in mid-July. The $44.6 million development will feature a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Construction is scheduled to be completed between October and December of 2027.
TDK Cos. co-CEO and principal John Keach said in a news release that new residents are drawn to Gallatin due to the city’s strong job growth and quality of life.
“This diverse population of working professionals is seeking a modern, convenient and comfortable lifestyle,” Keach said in the release.
“Vintage Bakers Crossing will offer a pedestrian-friendly environment with walkable access to restaurants, grocery stores and retail, delivering a refreshing and connected lifestyle experience.”
