Plan for 220 apartments and townhomes in Mt. Juliet's midtown likely to change

"A mixed-use plan to build 192 apartments and 28 townhomes in the center of Mt. Juliet will likely continue to evolve as it tests the city commission's stance on multi-family housing. 

Station North is the name of the development being proposed on North Mt. Juliet Road between Industrial Drive and the railroad tracks that has multiple contingencies placed on it as it moves through the approval process."
