L.A. retailer taps Fifth + Broadway for second Nashville shop

Buck Mason, the Los Angeles-based boutique menswear brand that established its Nashville presence in 12South in 2021, is now eyeing a downtown location.

According to a Metro permit, the retailer will take the Fifth + Broadway space that has accommodated since last September a showroom for electric vehicle maker Rivian Automotive. A release notes a fall opening is planned.

Nashville-based Centric Architecture is designing the space for Buck Mason, with City Construction, also locally based, to serve as general contractor. The permit notes a construction value of $275,000.
