Bearded Iris Brewing + Barista Parlor @ Sylvan Supply

The developers who are revitalizing a nearly century-old factory on Charlotte Avenue have secured their first two tenants — both from Nashville.

Bearded Iris Brewing Co. and Barista Parlor have signed leases for space within Sylvan Supply, which is the new name of the former Madison Mill Inc. property on the fast-changing West Nashville corridor.
