Centric Architecture is seeking a forward-thinking, energetic Interior Designer to join our design practice in Nashville, TN. Ideal candidates will exhibit a commitment to excellence in architectural interiors and furnishings. Successful candidates should have 1-6 years of experience working collaboratively with creative teams and share our focus on innovative design forward architecture.

Job Description:

The focus will be on designing, sourcing, and documenting Interior Design scope. This will include space planning, developing material design strategies, finish selections and specifications, client presentations, documentation of all materials with a knowledge of details, and specification coordination. Knowledge of the furniture and FFE procurement process will be helpful. Candidates should have a strong design sense and be able to apply it across a wide range of user needs and contexts.

Required Qualifications:

• College Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• Pursuing or planning to pursue NCIDQ certification
• 1 – 6 years of interior focused experience
• Written and graphic communication skills
• Ability to sketch and draw by hand
• Motivated and adaptable, someone who enjoys collaborating with others, stays curious, and is excited to learn in creative studio setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Revit, Adobe Suite.
